Avocado, Chickpea and lettuce wrap

Dear readers,

Another wrap recipe perfect for on the go lunches or anytime you fancy!

Here is what you need…


-1 avocado

-2 or 3 lettuce leaves

-1/4 of a cup of chickpeas

-Lemon juice

-1 plain wrap

To assemble just mush the avocado into a paste and spread over the wrap, then lay the lettuce leaves and chickpeas on left hand side of the wrap. Squeeze lemon juice over the entire wrap and then roll from the left hand side. Cut diagonally in the centre and fold the ends in.

Its that easy 🙂
