Cacao porridge

Dear Readers,

Here is a recipe for my favourite breakfast, I eat this most days…

1 cup organic coconut and rice milk

1/2 Cup porridge oats

1 tbsp cacao powder

1/2 tbsp coconut sugar

1 Handful of blueberries

optional extra fruit- bananas, strawberries, apples or raspberries work best!

Method-

Heat the milk and oats in a pan until the mixture boils. Then lower the heat and leave it to simmer for around 5 minutes allowing the mixture to thicken. Once complete take off the heat and stir in the cacao powder and sugar. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the fruit and you are done!
