Kale & Avocado salad

Dear Readers,

This salad is super healthy but most importantly equally delicio14331658_10202199395864105_1288486512_n.jpgus and easy to make,

All you need is;

3 Cups Kale

1/2 Broccoli head

1/2 can chickpeas

1 Garlic clove

2 Tsp coconut oil

1 Avocado

1/4 Cup sunflower seeds

1/2 lemon (Juice)

Method:

Dice the clove of garlic and prepare the broccoli heads. Steam the Broccoli and Kale in separate saucepans, meanwhile fry the chickpeas in the oil and garlic until they begin to brown. Remove from the heat and put in a serving bowl along with the avocado. Then once cooked drain the kale and broccoli and combine along with the lemon juice. Finally sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.

I promise you won’t regret giving this salad a go! Its packed full of nutrients and doesn’t harm a single animal, what more could you want? 🙂
